Black cherry color; the nose is largely dominated by the aromas of a very ripe Mourvèdre: blackcurrant, blackberries and menthol. The palate is full and round, the finish augurs well for years of cellaring, opening onto spices and garrigue. To finish, a saline sensation reminds us that the Mediterranean Sea refreshes the vines with its spray on summer evenings.

This wine is made from berries grown in BIO, without labeling. Its vinification is done without sulphur, nor aromatic yeasts with a meticulous sorting of the manual harvest and a trapping in the body in a 40 hl tank. The wine is matured in vats for 6 months and then in 300L barrels of 2 wines for 14 months.
