Domaine Schoenheitz - Domaine Schoenheitz Riesling Linsenberg - Blanc - 2018

Linsenberg is a favourite terroir for Riesling. It benefits from a very steep slope (40% slope) beneficial to intense sunlight and reinforced by the many stones that release heat stored during the day at night. Its granite is very rich in minerals that will bring a beautiful minerality and elegantly enhance the strong personality of the Riesling.

Du coup j'ai suivi ton conseil posté sur le Pinot Gris de chez eux qui recommandait de choisir leur Riesling. Je l'ai donc testé avec des california maki et sushi et j'ai adoré cette pointe citronné qui a donné du pep's à mes bouchées. Le vin est joueur sur ces bouches et le poissons s'accorde à merveille! Super choix!

Vin élégant au fruité puissant et délicat. Séveux et bien équilibré. Sur expérience ne pas hésiter à l'ouvrir à l'avance pour mieux le laisser s'exprimer. Sincèrement l'un des meilleurs Riesling que j'ai dégustés !
