With a beautiful pale gold color with green reflections, Chablis has a powerful nose, iodized and fresh, floral and mineral characterized by notes of almond and fresh hazelnut, citrus and white flowers. The mouth is balanced, with a fleshy attack. The evolution and the fine are more nervous, taking an acidulous character. A smoothness highlighted by its great freshness... Scents of white peach come to sublimate the very present minerality. If the acidic frame characterizes the wines of Chablis is well present, it does not dominate. This Chablis has been aged in stainless steel tanks, favouring the terroir, freshness and vivacity.

Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation in indigenous flora regulated between 20° and 22°C, aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
