With the characteristic Riesling bouquet on the nose. On the palate, it is rather intense with fruity notes, white nettle and liquorice. Then come apricot and mineral notes. It is ample and fat, perfectly suited to its beautiful vivacity.

On the same principle as the Hospices de Beaune, there are the Hospices de Strasbourg in Alsace with wines aged in wooden barrels.
