Second production of dry wine for the estate. A wine that is still very Grenache, with a fresher and denser attack for this vintage. This wine is quickly appreciated with notes of red fruit, plum and cinnamon. The silky tannins bring a structure associated with cocoa and coffee aromas for a beautiful complexity and length in the mouth. The menthol that is quite typical of our sweet wines is found at the end of the palate.

It goes well with red meat such as roast beef or rib steak and traditional dishes such as a prune tagine. It goes well with strong cheeses such as Entre deux, a 12-month-old Comté cheese or an Ossau Iraty. The tiramisu, a 70% cocoa chocolate dessert and chocolates of African origin are served.
