Unknown until then in the memory of a winegrower, never has the summer of 2019 been so hot! The water stress of the summer caused an incredible concentration of berries. The vine for its oversupply has produced the most concentrated grapes of nature possible. The Petit Manseng with its very expressive fruit will bring a beautiful tension, a touch of elegant acidity and a fantastic balance to this white wine. This white wine announces promises of depth and aromatic complexity.

A rare white wine following a scorching summer of 2019, made from lutean limestone, of a brilliant white, which surrounds the hills of glacial ochre red glacial grezes bordering the Gassac stream.

The Wine Estate

Located in the Agly valley in a wild environment where nature, well preserved, is king, the estate extends over an area of 14 hectares. Created in 2015 by three enthusiasts, the organic conversion was done from the beginning for both cultivation and winemaking, benefiting from an ideal environment, an exceptional terroir and an optimal climate, the vines flourish to the full.
