When ?

It will evolve up to five years on notes of white flowers, star lily and honey, toasted, but will keep much longer to evolve on nuts.

How ?

As an aperitif, on a seafood platter, or throughout the meal, it goes perfectly with fish, cod brandade or grilled fish, as well as with white meat and soft fresh cheeses (goat, ewe).

The Wine Estate

On the soil of Tressan, the alluvial terraces of the Hérault: gravel, wind sand, Villafranchian pebbles, marl and Miocene clay for the production of Vins de France or IGP OC. The terroir of Cabrières, an enclave in the garrigue, raw and natural of the Languedoc Appellation, produces ample and fleshy wines with a clear accent on the surrounding nature. The soils here are the result of extreme upheavals...
