The colour is dark ruby. The nose is complex, with aromas of red fruits, ripe blackcurrants and black cherries. In the mouth the attack is full with elegant and elegant tannins. The finish is extraordinarily long, ending with scents of garrigue.

To be served with a simple kitchen. To be drunk now, and with a potential to keep for up to 5 years. Serve between 13 and 15°C. Preferably decant.How ?
This wine will be perfect with chicken in sauce, rabbit with Roquefort cheese, minced meat, duck parmentier and cold meats.
