The color is white and slightly golden, with a nice brightness. The complex nose mixes notes of fresh fruits: white peaches, and white flowers associated with toasted notes. The mouth is round, vanilla, with a good acid balance which gives it its freshness. The finish is persistent with an elegant return of woody notes, hazelnut, vanilla.

The old white grape vines, forgotten at Mas Janeil, are located on the plot called "le Traou de l'Ouille". As the name suggests, these old Grenache gris and Macabeu vines are located in a "hollow near the stream". The soil made of alluvium, limestone pebbles and granitic moraine makes the vine suffer and gives a very mineral expression to the wine. A rare wine.
