Balance between sweetness and acidity. The mouth is subtle with prune and candied fruits. There is a long finish of hazelnut and cinnamon.

The word of the Winemaker, Denis BENOIT :
Vieux Pineau blanc is obtained by mutaging three quarters of the volume of fresh grape must and a quarter of the brandy from the previous year. After many years of ageing in oak barrels, this Pineau is made from several batches, the youngest of which is already 11 years old.
