To the eye, the wines of the Coteaux-de-l'Aubance are golden and sparkling thanks to the grey rot that appears between the bunches. The nose is light and delicate with aromas of lemongrass, peach, vanilla, and other fruits and flowers. In the mouth, we like the balance and freshness, as well as its thirst-quenching side. The wines of Coteaux-de-l'Aubance are marked by the taste of the terroir, and are very good wines to keep.
