Our opinion on the vintage
From the moment it's opened, this Pernand-Vergelesses captivates with its complex bouquet, a blend of red fruit notes and earthy nuances typical of well-ripened Pinot Noir. On the palate, it offers a surprising roundness with silky tannins that caress the mouth. Aging in oak barrels adds a subtle touch of oak, perfectly balancing the fruity richness. This wine, both elegant and generous, is a delightful discovery to be savored slowly, revealing with each sip the full richness of its terroir.

Chandon de Briailles
Bourgogne | France
A historic estate in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Chandon de Briailles cultivates its vines biodynamically and crafts wines in a remarkably pure style. The Pinot Noirs benefit from gentle extraction and judicious aging, resulting in delicate red fruit, a tight structure, and a consistent finish. The white wines display restrained tension and a precise texture. In short: exacting standards and finesse. The estate remains a benchmark of the Côte de Beaune.
