Chandon de Briailles
Savigny-les-Beaune red 1er Cru with no added sulfites 2022
Savigny-Lès-Beaune | Red | 2022
Certified organic, this wine is produced without added sulfites. The grapes come from vines with an average age of 30 years, planted densely at 10,000 vines per hectare in clay-limestone soil. Fermentation takes place in truncated conical wooden vats using whole bunches of grapes. Aging for 16 months in oak barrels, previously used for three to ten wines, enhances its complexity. This expertise reflects a genuine commitment to a naturally expressive wine.
