Coteaux Bourguignons

Coteaux Bourguignons is a regional appellation that replaced Bourgogne Grand Ordinaire. It allows for the production of red and white wines made from Burgundian grape varieties— Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay, and Aligoté —throughout the region.

This is a genuine entry-level appellation, offering access to authentic Burgundy wines at affordable prices. Some winemakers produce excellent wines here, particularly the typical Pinot-Gamay blends.
