Located in the heart of the Chablis vineyard, Domaine de l'Enclos highlights the purity of Chardonnay grown on its emblematic Kimmeridgian marl soils.
The wines exhibit a precise, never excessive, ripeness, coupled with the characteristic tension of Chablis. Extended fermentations and aging in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels contribute to fine, precise textures, devoid of heaviness, evolving towards notes of fresh citrus and damp chalk. The single-parcel cuvées further accentuate the distinct limestone profile and mineral identity inherent to Domaine de l'Enclos.
