Our opinion on the vintage

This Crémant d'Alsace boasts a sparkling golden hue and fine bubbles. On the nose, fresh and floral aromas unfold with elegance. On the palate, a lively attack gives way to a well-balanced structure and toasty notes. The bubbles lend a sensation of lightness and support a wine that is both refined and powerful. Perfect as an aperitif or with a meal.

Currently managed by Anaïs and Jacques Cattin, the winery develops a range of wines encompassing different expressions of Alsace, including wines produced using organic practices, selections from specific terroirs, and certain cuvées intended ... Lire plus
