The estate is in the process of converting to organic farming. Vineyard management excludes the use of synthetic products, while maintaining a pragmatic and measured approach aimed at protecting the quality of the grapes and ensuring consistent harvests. This approach allows us to seek natural balance without resorting to a dogmatic application of practices.
In the cellar, winemaking is carried out with restraint, prioritizing the clarity of the fruit and the wine’s drinkability. The use of sulfites is limited and adjusted only when necessary, in order to preserve the wines’ aromatic expression and stability. The wines are crafted to offer profiles that are accessible, precise, and true to their origin.
The entire range from La Famille K offers a contemporary and authentic take on Beaujolais, with a focus on the terroirs of the Pierres Dorées and a winemaking approach that is evolving, producing wines characterized by honesty, balance, and a commitment to accessibility.
