Our Review of the Cuvée

The nose evokes morello cherries, wild strawberries, and a subtle earthy note. On the palate, the wine is light and fluid, with a delicate structure and supple tannins. The fruit is crisp and vibrant, supported by fresh acidity that extends the finish. This is a Burgundy that gets straight to the point, unpretentious, with sincere charm and beautiful vitality.
It pairs well with roasted poultry, a vegetarian dish, or simply as an aperitif, served slightly chilled.
