Located between the south of Burgundy and the north of Beaujolais, Arnaud Combier is a winemaker with a rich background, marked by a demanding approach deeply oriented towards natural wine.

Trained in Beaune, he honed his skills in several renowned estates in Mâconnais and Chablis before taking over the family vineyards in the late 1990s. For over ten years, he developed precise and textured wines there, before continuing his journey through different projects, always with the same guiding principle: to produce the most vibrant wines possible.
