Our Review of the Cuvée

A Chablis with a clean, briny, and crystalline palate. The aromas combine white flowers, lemon zest, and flint, in a perfect balance between tension and roundness. Demeter-certified and made without added sulfites, Terre de Courgis embodies the natural and lively version of the great Chablis, to be enjoyed young for its freshness or after a few years for its mineral depth.

Vincent Couche is an independent Champagne estate located between the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Bar, where viticulture is conducted with strong attention to soil quality and health. Vincent Couche manages his vineyard with a sustainable approach, focused on observing and understanding the natural cycles of the vine.

Grapes are cultivated to achieve optimal ripeness while respecting vegetative balance; this approach yields healthy raw materials for vinification. The estate emphasizes traditional vinification, allowing the aromatic signatures of the terroir to fully express themselves.
