The innovative blend of Riesling (75%), Clairette, Viognier, Petit Manseng, and Petite Arvine creates a captivating wine, born from a meticulous, time-honored winemaking method. The grapes are hand-harvested and then fermented together with indigenous yeasts in an underground amphora. This process, free of added chemicals, followed by 11 months of maceration, expresses the purity and authenticity of the grape varieties. Production is limited, guaranteeing exceptional care at every stage.
