Our opinion on the vintage

This wine displays a garnet color with ruby highlights, hinting at a delicate nose of Morello cherries and redcurrants mingled with sweet spices. On the palate, a subtle harmony of tart red berries unfolds, enveloped by fine, silky tannins. Its balance and intense freshness make it an ideal companion for sophisticated dishes and special occasions. Decanting an hour before serving allows this wine to fully express its potential; it has an aging potential of 10 to 15 years.

Dourbie Estate

Domaine de la Dourbie

Languedoc | France

Founded in 1781, Domaine de la Dourbie is located on the right bank of the Hérault River, at the foot of the Causse du Larzac plateau. Approximately 20 hectares surround the main estate, while a second plot of about 12 hectares is located at nearly 300 meters altitude in the Rouveyrolles valley. This area, surrounded by garrigue scrubland, benefits from a more temperate microclimate, promoting gradual ripening and naturally cooler balances.

All work in the vineyard and the cellar is carried out entirely on site, with particular attention paid to manual harvesting ... Lire plus
