Our opinion on the vintage

This white wine, with its delicate nose, reveals aromas of apple and pear typical of Terret Bourret. On the palate, a lovely freshness and pleasant vivacity emerge, leading to a citrusy finish. Its crystal-yellow color perfectly reflects its Mediterranean origins; a pure Languedoc product to be enjoyed as a summer aperitif or with seafood.

This area, surrounded by garrigue scrubland, benefits from a more temperate microclimate, promoting gradual ripening and naturally cooler balances.

All work in the vineyard and the cellar is carried out entirely on site, with particular attention paid to manual harvesting ... Lire plus
