Our opinion on the vintage

A pale, slightly hazy robe. A clean nose, with aromas of almond, tart apple, and fennel that are echoed on the palate. The bubbles are fine with a lively character and mineral notes. An experimental volcanic PetNat!

Domaine de la Dourbie

Languedoc | France
