Our Review of the Cuvée

This Fleur de Roche wine is a true sensory delight. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of hawthorn, lemon, and freshly cut herbs. On the palate, the balance is remarkable, combining lovely freshness with a smooth texture. The lingering finish, full of tension, invites you to savor every sip. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with shellfish, fish, white meats, or goat and sheep cheeses, this wine is sure to delight lovers of fresh, aromatic wines.
