Our opinion on the vintage

On the nose, this wine reveals delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus, immediately evoking a lovely freshness. On the palate, the texture is silky, highlighting the roundness of the Clairette, enhanced by the vivacity of the Grenache Blanc. The whole is well-structured, with a beautiful length on the finish that hints at a subtle minerality. It is a wine of rare elegance, where each sip invites you to discover a new dimension of its character. A pure pleasure for the senses, sure to delight lovers of distinctive white wines.

Domaine Jérôme Gradassi

Languedoc | France

Domaine Jérôme Gradassi is a vineyard located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in the Rhône Valley, taken over by Jérôme, a former Michelin-starred chef, who has chosen to cultivate the family land with passion and respect for tradition. His vines, planted in clay and sandy soils, produce ripe grapes rich in aromas.

Production is intentionally limited, with only one red wine made primarily from Grenache and Mourvèdre. Vinification is carried out traditionally in stone vats, followed by a short aging period in old oak casks to preserve freshness and the expression of the terroir.

Gradassi wines are characterized by their elegance, aromatic finesse and a depth that reflects the warm climate and mistral wind of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region.
