Like a trainer, I write everything down in a little notebook. My tasting notes evolve over time. No doubt more empathetic, they are less technical, more attached to the moment of tasting: what day, what environment, with whom, more descriptions of the state (physical and mental) in which I find myself... This is undoubtedly what wine is, not just a food to be analyzed, but a medium of presence to oneself and to others.

The domain's short story

As a rugby player and coach, I often make the link between winegrowing and this sport. It's a sport of collective combat, rich in emotions, with a lot of effort and preparation, and sometimes with some powerful moments!

The winemaker's pride

Château de Cranne has been a family-run wine estate since 1856, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, in the commune of Donzac. Spread over 33 hectares, the vineyard offers a mosaic of terroirs, enabling us to produce a wide range of wines. Vincent Lacoste, the 6th generation of artisan winemakers, obtained organic farming certification in 2009. A desire born of his various responsibilities in the world of wine. Curious and open to the world, each cuvée expresses an inspiration, an emotion. In turn, it is translated into labels by various artists and friends.
