The winemaker's pride
Château la Bastide is located in Escales (1120 ) on the Terrasses de Lézignan. North of the Corbières appellation, our terroir is on quaternary clay-limestone terraces with large pebbles of alluvial origin. Our wines are made with the greatest care, from the vine to the bottle. Labeled HVE3 (High Environmental Value Level 3) since 2019, we began converting to Organic Farming in 2021. La Bastide extends over 180Ha in a single block with 60 Ha of vines. 70% AOP Corbières and 30% IGP Aude Hauterive. Our 16 wines (white, rosé and red) are fruity, with silky tannins and a sweet finish.here are the grape varieties grown: Syrah, Grenache noire, Mourvèdre, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Roussanne, Bourboulenc, Vermentino, Viognier, Chardonnay...

Ceci dit, je vais commander votre vin
Nez évoquant tout d'abord les fruits rouges et la cerise principalement, avec une note de champignon au second nez.
Attaque souple (sucrosité), tannins fondus. Expression aromatique moyenne.
Un vin chaleureux et réconfortant, l'hiver venu.
