Chateau Lagrange

The property is managed by Olivier Lacoste and his sister Laure. Both of them wish to perpetuate the work undertaken by their father Michel who restructured the vineyard and modernised the old cellars. Since the beginning in 1991, the vineyard has been part of so-called sustainable agriculture. The transition to organic farming took place naturally twenty years later in 2011 and the vineyard is therefore certified in Organic Agriculture (Ecocert) since 2014.

Our story

Family property located in Capian, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers, on a hilly terroir of silt, clay, gravel and alios. The vineyard is composed of 5 ha of red grape varieties (80% Merlot & 20% Cabernet Sauvignon) and 4 ha of white grape varieties (60% Sauvignon & 40% Semillon)
