We want to take care of our vines and respect the environment. We practice grassing with a minimum of amendment. The pruning is short and the fruits are harvested at their right maturity to obtain a perfect harmony between sweetness, finesse, structure and elegance... Although we produce the famous and famous Alsatian grape varieties, our estate is known for producing exceptional Riesling thanks to the three different soils that make up our village. These marvellous grape varieties, in these appellations, benefit from terroirs that are ideal for producing a great vintage, such as clay-limestone, pink sandstone and marl limestone terroirs.
We are winemakers from father to son for five generations in Wolxheim le Canal. We are certified organic since 2022 and high environmental value since 2019. We produce the seven grape varieties of Alsace: Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat d'Alsace, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir. We offer authentic wines and take great care of the terroir, the vines and the berries to extract the most beautiful expression possible. Charles Dischler, since 1970, has been growing vines on a single plot of land and has collected 26 atypical plots of land in Wolxheim, Dahlenheim, Rothstein, Altenberg and Molsheim. Today it is his son André who carries on the tradition, accompanied by his wife Nathalie.
A total of 26 micro plots make up our vintages.
