After a first part of my life spent in Paris and being passionate about oenology, I decided to take over the family estate of 18ha then led in conventional viticulture, with the will to create our own bottles in the respect of our lands (conversion to organic farming). It is therefore in Laure-Minervois, in the middle of the vineyards that I decided to settle down, to create a cellar and to produce the first wines of the Domaine du Siestou. Thanks to a unique terroir and a good variety of grape varieties, we have a wide range of aromas and characters, the ardour of Syrah, the roundness of Grenache, the power of old Carignan in the Minervois red appellation, and the intensity of Chardonnay in the Pays d'Oc white PGI, the delicacy of Pinot Noir in the Pays d'Oc rosé PGI. As a family we create wines with the will to privilege the fruit, the fruit and the fruit in order to give a maximum of voluptuousness, finesse and freshness to our bottles.
Winegrower? not a job! A passion!
