We are a small family property of 9 hectares in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques in conversion to organic farming. There are 7 hectares of the native Petit Manseng grape variety, vinified in dry and sweet, half a hectare of Sauvignon Blanc and half a hectare of Chardonnay. In red we have 1 hectare of Syrah and we will plant 1 hectare more following a strong demand.....
Anecdotes about the domain
We have just celebrated the 600th anniversary of the Castle of Cabidos. In 1419, Arnauton Guilhem du Vignau, the new Baron of Trubessé, discovered Cabidos and fell in love with this magical place. The vineyard has been regularly replanted since 1992 and the evolution continues with our conversion in 2019 to organic viticulture.

The cellar master and technical director is Méo Sakorn-Seriès, the only Thai woman to run a winery in France. Subtle and remarkably balanced, with explosive fruit flavors, some of the wines of Château de Cabidos are on par with the greatest wines and the estate is accumulating medals and awards from around the world.
