Our vineyard is located in the small village of Fos, at the foot of the Cévennes; our cellar in the village of Faugères. The grape varieties are traditional, composed mainly of Syrah and old Carignan, with a smaller proportion of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Lledoner pellut. The average age of our vines is 33 years. They flourish on schist slopes ranging from 200 to 400 metres above sea level, giving freshness and finesse to our wines, two essential characteristics of our production. In order to respect as much as possible the work done throughout the year to obtain a beautiful harvest, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 40kg containers. Once on site, the crates are unloaded directly into the destemmer and the grapes are placed in tanks using a lifting belt. The grapes arrive in almost intact vats and it is from there that, through our technical skills but also our sensitivity, we vinify our wines to better target the characteristics of the appellation and the vintage.

Our story

Both holders of the National Diploma of Oenology and lovers of schist, we settled in 2014 in the appellation Faugères in the Haut Languedoc. We work with sensitivity and rigour to express as accurately as possible the characteristics of this schist terroir.

Other little stories

Our vintages names, INTI, SELVA, ANGACO, AKSOU, JALKA and TIO are a nod to the six months spent in South America before our installation... places, people, moments that marked us during this trip.
