Little by little, the bird makes its nest! Through hard work and conviction in my noble profession of winegrower, Château MARCHAND BELLEVUE is once again, rewarded, in 2022! Two stars in the Guide Hachette des Vins 2022 for the Petit Verdot without added sulfite 2019 and a Gold Medal in the Concours des Vignerons Indépendants for the Cabernet Sauvignon without added sulfite 2020! We thank you for your confidence!

The domain's short story

My grandfather, also a winegrower, founded the Romagne winery in 1936. It's located in the Entre-deux-Mers region, not far from Targon. The wine? I fell into it when I was very young. That's why I took over the family estate in 1989, when I finished my agricultural studies, and why, in 2010, I decided to set up on my own at Marchand, still in Targon! The location is splendid, with a beautiful view over a sea of vines, and the name Marchand Bellevue was a natural choice for the Château!

The winemaker's pride

In 2010, I set myself a qualitative goal, and decided to focus my energies on restructuring the estate. The first is cultural, with the replanting of 2 ha of vines each year. In addition to being happy to produce a quality product, I have set myself the goal of satisfying the increasingly demanding tastes of consumers! 100% of my production is marketed as AOC Bordeaux Rouge, and today I produce a range of red wines, from the fruitiest to the most tannic, to suit everyone's tastes. Château MARCHAND BELLEVUE is now certified High Environmental Value, and produces a range without added sulfite.
