After DOLMEN 2015, here is DOLMEN 2018 100% Merlot, aged 18 months in new French oak barrels. Winner of a Gold medal at the 2020 Bordeaux Wine Competition, it took three years for this vintage to be produced! Because I only make this cuvée if all the conditions are met ...

In 2010, I set myself a qualitative approach, and I therefore decided to focus my energy on restructuring the field. In two ways: - A first cultural aspect, with the replanting of 2 hectares of vines each year - A second environmental aspect, with a moderate use of phytosanitary inputs and the treatment of wine-growing effluents.
