This champagne has a nice old gold color. The effervescence is fine and unctuous. On the nose, yellow fruits (mirabelle plum and quince) mingle with aromas of brioche and breadcrumbs. In the mouth, the attack is soft and smooth with aromas of pastry and candied fruits (apricot and mango).
