This young vintage reveals a nose of red fruits. On the palate the attack is soft and light, the wine grows while keeping a nice balance between acid and sweet notes.

Tasting
When ?
Chastelet 2012 is the pleasure of taste, of sharing, the wine that can be opened at any time, the wine between friends.
It is a red wine that can also be drunk in the summer, slightly fresh.
How ?
I like its fruity and greedy side. I eat it as an aperitif, with a vegetable plancha, with poultry or even with some chocolate desserts.
It can be enjoyed almost chilled around ham and melon skewers or eggplant fritters.
For me, it comes completely out of Bordeaux wines.
