Intense garnet colour with a dark ruby sheen. Elegant, the nose is impressively faithful to the dominant grape variety. The notes of pepper and violet delight your senses. While it is easily accessible, with fine and generous aromas, it is nevertheless complex and distinguished. Round, smooth, silky mouth. The attack is a caress of Bacchus. The heart of the palate, supported by fine and well-dosed tannins, reveals aromas of morello cherry, pepper and peony. The finish is long, mineral aromas and a pleasant freshness make this wine a serious southern meal companion.

Un vin riche et complexe
des notes de poivres et d'épices très plaisantes.
En fait nous avons dégusté le 2015 , et c'est un véritable coup de coeur , vin puissant , longueur en bouche , vin gourmand , arômes de griotte bien perçus, bref , nous en avons recommandé immédiatement , en 2016 , et je pense que nous ne serons pas déçus. Bravo pour l'équilibre entre Syrah et grenache .
