The Poet has a shimmering garnet colour, lively and deep. The nose is expressive, with very precise aromatic definitions, mixing red fruits, garrigue and spices with complexity. A beautiful harmony that is found in the mouth, with a well balanced, fruity, intense and round palate. The final note is fresh and fresh with very beautiful, fine and mellow tannins. Vinification of Carignans and on the one hand Syrah in whole grains (carbonic maceration). Cold pre-fermentation for some Syrah.

Nez aérien et aromatique...mais bouche courte et plate a laisser vieillir un peu avant de consommer
Nez gourmand de cassis et de crème de mûre. Une touche de poivre.
Bouche ample et fraiche de fruits rouges.
