Pale pink color, brilliant, with raspberry reflections. The nose of the PALMA vintage is quite intense, with greedy notes of strawberry and candy. We also notice a delicate toasted perfume. On the palate, the aromas of fresh red fruits and sweets are seductive. One finds in particular the finesse and the spices of Syrah, the roundness of Grenache. The maturation in barrel particularly sublimates this vintage by conferring a rich unctuousness, fine tannins and a beautiful length in mouth.

The word of the Winemaker, Famille Danglas :

For the maturation of the delicate PALMA cuvée, we have chosen to work with the "Perle blanche" barrel. This barrel is made from hundred-year-old oak trees in the forests of central France. Then, its treatment of exposure to the sun and wind is followed by a long and soft toasting which gives it a delicate and slightly fruity aromatic finish.
