Château de Prémeaux

Burgundy | France

Located between Dijon and Beaune, Château de Prémeaux is situated on the Burgundy Grand Crus Route. The estate is currently managed by Arnaud Pelletier, representing the fifth generation of a winemaking family established in the region since the 19th century.

The vineyard spans approximately 15 hectares, cultivated using organic farming methods. The plots are predominantly planted with Burgundy's emblematic grape varieties: Chardonnay and Aligoté for whites, and Pinot Noir for reds. Vineyard management is based on practices that respect the soil and the plant, with controlled yields and particular attention paid to grape ripeness.

In the cellar, winemaking is carried out without the addition of yeasts or enzymes, with a focus on purity and clarity. The wines are primarily produced as single-varietal wines, with controlled extraction and precise aging, in order to preserve the expression of the fruit and the identity of the terroirs. The goal is to produce balanced, unadulterated wines that remain true to their origins.

The estate’s entire portfolio offers a classic yet refined interpretation of Burgundy, grounded in technical precision, respect for the natural balance of the vineyard, and a clear expression of the grape varieties and terroirs.
