This Cabernet Franc cuvée was matured for 8 months, two thirds in ovoid vats and one third in new 500-litre barrels. This maturing process enhances the fruit and the spicy side, with the very discreet woodiness bringing complexity.
After a beautiful and hot spring, the summer of 2017 was dull, without great heat, followed by a humid and cool end of August and September, which led to a quick harvest, with wines of good balance and without too much concentration.
To drink now, can be kept for 3 years.
