This Cabernet Franc cuvée was aged for 8 months, two thirds in ovoid tanks and one third in new 500-liter barrels. This maturation sublimates the fruit and the spicy side, the very discreet wood bringing complexity.
The word of the Winemaker, :
After a beautiful and hot spring, the summer of 2017 was dull, without great heat, followed by a humid and cool end of August and September, which led to a quick harvest, with wines of good balance and without too much concentration.
