Nez: fruits noirs et animal, attaque complexe, tannins présents.Très long en bouche mais un peux assèchant.

Les tanins sont effectivement encore présent car le vin est jeune...Mais il reste sur le fruit et peut être bu dès à présent.
Robe grenat aux reflets violacés. Nez boisé, fin.
La bouche est un peu chaude, des tanins pointus et encore bien présents. A boire avec une bonne terrine maison ou un filet de boeuf en croûte

Le menu ( terrine maison et filet de boeuf en croute) avec un château Gessan : Je suis partant !!..
c'est un vin avec des arômes de fruits noirs et cacao , que l'on retrouve en bouche. Légèrement asséchant .Un vin pour les amateurs de Bordeaux.

Un vin agréable dès aujourd'hui mais que l'on pourra redécouvrir dans sa cave dans quelques temps.
