Ruby color with purple reflections. Clean, fresh nose, favoring the fruit (red and black berries), notes of garrigue and spices. Fresh, mineral, enveloping mouth, with a fine matter, endowed with a nice length.

It is the flagship of the estate, made through different parcel selections. The vines are at least 25 years old and are located at an altitude of at least 200 metres. The wine is distinguished, complex and more structured but retains the finesse and elegance provided by the terroir.

Bouche aromatique et plaisante sur les fruits rouges cuits mais avec un côté animal. Très joli pour des cotes d'agneaux au thym.
