The grapes are harvested when aromatic maturity is reached. The vatting period lasts 10 to 15 days, at a moderate temperature. These fermentation conditions give this wine its fruity character and supple structure.
Gold medal Gilbert et Gaillard 2020. Our "tradition" cuvée has been vinified and matured to bring you fruitiness and roundness. The nose reveals blackcurrant and blackberry aromas enhanced by spicy notes. On the palate, our Tradition reveals supple tannins and a very smooth finish.
Depending on the season and the mood, this wine can be served relatively cool, around 12°C.
It will be the perfect accompaniment to your platters of cold cuts and grilled meats.
