You will find in this bottle a lot of fruit notes, grapefruit, quince, pineapple... A beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity.
Manual harvesting and natural fermentation. Aged for 10 months in barrels and vats. Soft white, easy to drink and very aromatic, both refreshing and fruity like a dry and full white and soft like a sweet white.
This sweet can be served as an aperitif or as a dessert. Drink now, and up to 5 years. Serve chilled between 8 and 11°C.
This sweet wine can be self-sufficient and will go wonderfully well with sweet desserts.
