A very aromatic wine, round and fat with aromas of white flowers, peaches, pineapple and citrus fruits. It is remarkable by its very appreciated fine mineral finish. We have a nice balance between the natural acidity and the roundness brought by the maturation on fine lees. To be chambrered a few hours before, then put in an ice bucket, that will allow it to blossom better and to reveal its aromas better.
