It has a flamboyant red color and a fruity and spicy bouquet. Generous in the mouth, we find full aromas, with a pleasant persistence and a delicate sweetness. It can be kept for up to 6 - 8 years. The Grenache brings roundness and suppleness, the Syrah, color and aromas, the Cinsault, aroma and balance and the Mourvèdre, structure and complexity.
