This cuvée is a perfect accompaniment to starters, and is recommended with a mango-shrimp salad. It goes very well with delicatessen and spicy cuisine. Finally, it can be enjoyed with a fine strawberry tart.

Domaine des Noëls enjoys an ideal geographical location, on the heights of the Coteau des Noëls in Bellevigne-en-Layon, overlooking the Layon River. It is hard to imagine a more explicit name for a commune, which requires us to take particular care of our vines and to produce a sweet nectar that is representative of the Layon Valley.
