Beautiful foam, fine and abundant bubbles. Beautiful aromas of flowers, associated with a nice roundness, make it very drinkable. The only sparkling wine from Alsace, lively and delicate, made according to the traditional Champagne method. Light yellow color, limpid. Nose of white fruits very engaging, in particular of pear on a cookie background.

In the mouth a rather lively, very fruity crémant that will be perfect as an aperitif or with a buffet.

Le magnifique millésime 2018 est en route... !Petit retour en images sur la vinification de ce qui promet d'être un fabuleux vin dans quelques mois : voici l'écoulage, entre les fermentations alcoolique et malolactique, qui permet de dévoiler le marc, le presser... ce qui permettra ensuite d'assembler les jus obtenus pour équilibrer les futurs tanins de notre BUZET AOC... Une opération délicate, mais essentielle... affaire à suivre !
